I was sent the Momcozy M9 Wearable Breast Pump by Momcozy to try out. I’ll admit, I was quite surprised by how different it is compared to other Momcozy pumps. This is the first Momcozy pump that connects to the Momcozy app, which comes loaded with some pretty awesome features. Plus, it’s the first Momcozy pump where you can pump and store your milk directly in the collection bottle.

What I Love About The Momcozy M9 Pump
When reviewing a breast pump, I focus on key factors: design, suction strength, battery life, portability, comfort, user-friendliness, and price. Here are some highlights of the M9:
- App Integration: The M9 is the first Momcozy pump to integrate with the Momcozy app, which offers some great features, such as additional modes and customizable pumping patterns.
- Collection Bottles: You can directly store breast milk in the collection bottles, making it a fantastic option for pumping on the go.
- 15 Suction Levels: More than the standard 9 levels in other Momcozy pumps.

What I Wish Was Different
While the Momcozy M9 has many positives, here are some areas that could be improved:

- Smaller Collection Containers: Only 5oz capacity, potentially leading to overflows for those with ample supply.
- Hand Wash Only: The silicone parts aren’t dishwasher or UV sterilizer safe.
- Flange Sizing: Only up to 24mm included; larger sizes need to be purchased separately.
The Verdict
The Momcozy M9 stands out with its powerful suction, comfortable design, and advanced app integration. It’s perfect if you want control over your pumping experience and appreciate the convenience of direct milk storage. However, the more complex design and higher price may be drawbacks for some.
If app integration and customization are priorities for you, the M9 is a top choice. If not, consider the Momcozy M6 for a simpler and cost-effective alternative.
